At Filterless, we offer full influencer management to a select group of creators. This means we actively seek out brand opportunities for you, help shape your content strategy, and provide hands-on support to grow your presence within media, marketing, and the creative industries.

What Representation Means at Filterless:

When you’re signed with us, we act as your management team - from handling brand enquiries to supporting your content journey.
We’ll help you grow, earn, and thrive without losing what makes your voice unique.

We work on a 20% commission basis for paid work we secure on your behalf. This is separate from our Talent Pool, which is designed for broader visibility opportunities. Representation is a closer, ongoing partnership where we actively advocate for and work with you.

Before applying to join the Filterless family, we ask that you meet the following criteria to ensure we can build a successful partnership:

High Engagement Rates: It’s not about the size of your audience, it’s about how connected you are to them. We’re looking for creators who consistently spark meaningful interactions with their community.

No Exclusive Talent Management (or Ending Soon) : If you’re under an exclusive contract with another agency, it must be nearing its end. Additionally, your current agreement should allow you to explore opportunities with other agencies.
