At Filterless, our motto is “We Are the One in Six.”
Why? Because one in six people worldwide has a disability. Yet, representation in media, marketing, and influencer campaigns still falls drastically short. Disabled voices are often overlooked, excluded, or misrepresented.
As disabled founders, we’ve grown up consuming media and marketing that rarely reflected people like us. We know what it’s like to not see yourself represented - to feel invisible in an industry that should include everyone. Instead of waiting for change, we decided to build it ourselves. Filterless isn’t just about advocating for better representation; it’s about creating real opportunities for disabled talent. We connect brands with authentic disabled voices, ensuring inclusivity isn’t just a buzzword but a standard. When brands partner with us, they’re making a commitment to meaningful change. And when disabled talent joins us, they know they’re stepping into a space that truly understands and values them.
Because representation isn’t optional - it’s essential. And we are the one in six making sure that changes.

From best friends to
business partners
We’re Charlotte and Hajra, the co-founders of Filterless. We met at school and have been inseparable ever since - think of us as the ultimate duo with the same mindset, the same drive, and (somehow) even graduating with 2 business degrees from the same university. Seriously, it was meant to be.
Growing up deaf, we quickly realised that the media we consumed never really reflected people like us. We saw the same kind of representation (or lack of it) over and over again - disabled people are either left out completely or shown in ways that didn’t feel real. And we were tired of it.
So, instead of waiting for things to change, we decided to change them ourselves. That’s how Filterless was born!
Why we started Filterless
The industry keeps talking about diversity and inclusion, but the reality? Disabled people are still barely part of the conversation. One in six people worldwide has a disability, yet brands, agencies, and media still act like we don’t exist. We’re here to change that.
Filterless isn’t just another talent agency, it’s a movement. We’re here to connect disabled creators with brands, not as a box-ticking exercise, but because representation should be real, meaningful, and, well… actually representative. We want disabled talent to thrive, be seen, and get paid what they deserve.
